**Session III, IV, & V All Skills & Elite Sessions Include Personal Strength, Agility and Quickness Training Daily By M1's own Sports Performance Strength Coaches at the Edge Sports Training Center (located right here at our gym).

 

All Camps above are directed by Mizuno M1 15s Director Dan Brown, and Mizuno M1 14s Director / U of MN Gopher Alumni and Current AVP Professional Jen Bowman, . They will be assisted by many M1 Age Group Directors including University of St. Thomas Head Coach Thanh Pham (18s Director), Jessica Byrnes, Pat Pangborn (16s Director), Brad Aaberg (17s Director), plus many more.  Camp space is limited. Please register early to ensure your placement.

 

We look forward to working with you at the M1 Training Center this summer. Expand your potential and become a better volleyball player and a better athlete at the Minnesota One Volleyball Junior Training Program.  We will take a personal approach to teaching you proper volleyball skill development.  See you in the gym!
