The M1 training curriculum is designed for all teams and overseen by our Age Group Directors at each age level. Skill development is the number one priority for all of our teams. A testament to the exceptional training provided at M1 is the large number of M1 players that are highly sought after by other junior programs each season. M1 breaks down and teaches the core skills exceptionally well. Specialized Training M1 offers additional weekly sessions of specialized training for all positions (OH, MB, S, DS/Libero) which will focus on balanced midline passing, directional armswing development, setting and serving, and advanced blocking methods/systems. M1 focuses on proper technique and skill progression for each position. These skills sessions are open to all M1 Members at low or no cost depending on the session. These sessions are very popular and highly attended by many players from other clubs in the Twin Cities area throughout the season. This is the #1 volleyball strength program in the region and has been researched, tested, and proven for 6 years. Our strength program is headed by Nate Michalowski, certified Strength and Conditioning specialist through NSCA. Nate is the Head Sports Performance Director at the Edge Sports Training Center.
